After the customer accepts the completed work, RESIDIA processes the payment through Xendit. A 60-minute Payment Protection period applies before the booking becomes eligible for provider settlement. Standard settlements are processed daily at 9:00 PM. Eligible providers may select Instant Payout after the protection period, with the payout transaction fee charged to the provider.

The standard RESIDIA service fee is 15% of each completed booking. The first 20 approved providers receive a 12% service fee locked for one year. Registration has no fee. RESIDIA covers the standard payment gateway fee.

RESIDIA reviews the booking record, photo checklist, customer concern, and provider response. Providers who follow the approved workflow and submit accurate service evidence are reviewed using the available records before a resolution is made.
Your information stays protected
RESIDIA uses your information only to assess and manage your provider application, contact you about recruitment, prevent duplicate or fraudulent applications, and meet legal or safety requirements. We do not request ID images, banking details, passwords, or payment on this form. Never pay anyone to process a RESIDIA application.
