Provider Responsibilities
As a provider on the RESIDIA platform, you are responsible for performing services with reasonable skill, care, and professionalism. You must arrive at the service location on time, complete the work within the agreed scope, and maintain appropriate communication with the customer throughout the booking. You are an independent operator and are solely responsible for your own business operations, including any licenses, permits, or certifications required for the services you offer.
Verification
Providers must complete identity verification by submitting a valid government-issued ID and a selfie verification photo. RESIDIA administrators review submitted documents. Verification status must be approved before a provider can receive bookings. Providing false or fraudulent verification documents is grounds for immediate and permanent removal from the platform.
Professional Conduct
You must communicate respectfully with all customers. You must not use offensive language, engage in discriminatory behaviour, or act in any way that could make a customer feel unsafe. You must respect the customer's property and leave the service location clean and in proper condition. For wellness services, the customer's comfort and consent are paramount at all times.
Declared Assistants
If you bring an assistant or team member to a booking, you must declare that person through the platform before the service begins. You remain fully responsible for the conduct and work quality of any declared assistant. Undeclared persons present at a service location may result in account review and potential action. You must ensure that any team member you declare has consented to having their information shared on the platform.
Service Quality
You must complete the required photo checklist before finalising a booking. Photos must be taken at the time of service using your device camera. Submitting old, altered, misleading, or fraudulent photos may result in payment review, booking investigation, warranty disputes, and account action. Your service quality is monitored through customer reviews, completion rates, and other platform metrics.
Booking Acceptance
You are expected to respond to booking requests promptly. Accepting a booking creates a commitment to perform the service at the scheduled time and location. If you cannot fulfil an accepted booking, you should cancel through the platform as early as possible with an appropriate reason. Repeated cancellations, late cancellations, or no-show bookings may affect your account standing and ability to receive future bookings.
Pricing
You set your own service prices within the platform's pricing framework. The platform commission is deducted from your earnings before payout. Commission rates may vary depending on the provider program or future promotional incentives. The applicable commission is shown before you accept a booking. Your posted rates must reflect what you actually charge; quoting verbal prices different from your displayed rate is prohibited.
Earnings
Provider earnings are calculated by RESIDIA after the platform commission has been deducted from the booking total. Earnings become eligible for payout after the service is completed, the customer confirms the work, and the applicable protection period has elapsed without dispute. Payment release is automatic. No action is required unless RESIDIA contacts the provider regarding a specific booking.
Xendit Payment Processing
Customer payments are processed through Xendit. Provider earnings are calculated by RESIDIA. Provider settlements are released by RESIDIA through Xendit's payment infrastructure after applicable verification and protection periods. Xendit provides payment infrastructure only and does not determine provider earnings or booking outcomes.
Provider Settlement
Provider settlements are processed by RESIDIA through Xendit's payment infrastructure after applicable verification and protection periods. Providers are responsible for maintaining a valid payout method. Supported payout methods currently include GCash, Maya, and Bank Account. Providers may update their payout method at any time. Changes apply only to future payouts. RESIDIA is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payout information submitted by the provider.
Warranty
You are responsible for honouring valid warranty obligations within the published warranty period for each service you perform. If a customer submits a warranty claim, you must review and respond to it promptly. Failure to respond to valid warranty requests may affect your provider quality metrics and account standing.
Platform Standards
RESIDIA monitors provider performance to maintain customer trust. The following may result in account review or action:
- No-show bookings
- Fraudulent documentation or photos
- Off-platform transactions or soliciting direct payment
- Repeated poor service ratings
- Warranty abuse or failure to honour warranty obligations
- Misuse of declared assistants or undeclared persons
Suspension
RESIDIA reserves the right to suspend a provider account temporarily when there are concerns about safety, conduct, identity, or service quality. Suspension may be lifted after review and resolution of the underlying concern. Providers will be notified of the reason for suspension where appropriate.
Termination
RESIDIA may permanently remove a provider from the platform for serious or repeated violations of these Terms. Providers may also choose to stop offering services on the platform at any time. Upon termination, outstanding earnings that have completed the protection period will be processed according to the payout schedule. Certain records, including financial and identity verification records, may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
Legal Compliance
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to your service business, including any business registration, tax, health, and safety requirements. RESIDIA does not provide legal or tax advice. You should seek professional guidance for your specific circumstances.
Platform Changes
RESIDIA continuously improves its platform. Features, workflows, payment processes, and provider programs may change over time. You will be notified of significant changes that require acceptance before continued use. By continuing to use the platform after such changes, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
