How to request account deletion
- Send an email to support@residia.ph from the email address registered to your RESIDIA account.
- Use the subject RESIDIA Account Deletion Request.
- RESIDIA will verify the request before processing it to protect accounts from unauthorized deletion.
What happens after your request
After verification, RESIDIA will process the deletion of the account and associated personal data. Certain records may be retained where required for legitimate purposes such as completed transaction records, financial or accounting obligations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, safety, or compliance with applicable law.
